cis stage is dealt with bcg and if refractory case is there do cystectomy but this is done very rarely

for stage pta do resection fol by chemotherapy except bcg

for stage pt1 resection fol by bcg

for stage pt2andpt3 do cystectomy
this is in short refer bailey and schwartz for details

HI THERE THANKS FOR UR PRECIOUS VIWS BUT BAILEY CLEARLY MENTIONS THAT THE INTRA VESICAL CHEMO DOES NOT RETARD THE PROGRESSION OF THE DISESE

AND INTRAVESICAL BCG IS MORE EFFECTIVE THAT INTRAVESI CHEMO

REF BAILEY

SO ANS IS OP 2

hi guys

it is said that stage 1 of bladder CA is treated with TURT and follow up is 3 months ... if there is recurrence then intravesicular BCG is used which is an immunotherapy.... that is only on stage 1 of the stage 2 requires cystectomy and more advanced chemotherapy and all the other tx used ... but BCG is helpful is stage 1 of the bladder CA
