1.{Chap1 Pg24[Ganong,22nd edition]}:m-RNA is stabilised by poly-A tail.Where exactly is this poly-A present.In the diag.,they have shown it on the DNA strand.But still it is also prsent at the untranslated segment at the 3' end.How is this possible?

2.{Chap1 Pg41]}:Ca sparks :Some of the changes it produces can outlast the rise in intracellular Ca conc. because of the way it binds to Ca-binding proteins.........what exactly does he mean?

3.This one is general:Why does our R.B.C count decrease in the morning and increase in the evenings??
