hello ppl
well i am gona apply soon for obtaining a visa to write PLAB 2. i was refused a visit visa to Uk 10 yrs ago wen i wanted to visit my family thr do u think i shld mention tht in my visa application now. also it was a long time ago n i ve evn forgotten d reason they refused me the visa for and ve lost the document that had the reason on it. do u think the previous refusal has any impact on the outcome of this application for writing PLAB 2.

Please do declare that you had been rejected a visa 10 years ago,as they will have the records anyway,and u cannot bluff. The chances of u getting a visa now for PLAB 2 will be much higher that way.If u bluff,then it will be outright rejection. There is no reason why u should not get a visa if u have the right documents now. Also since u don't know the reason as to why the visa was rejected last time,it is difficult to say whether it wud be the same this time.It may be that u did not have the right documents last time around.

I agree.One should always declare any rejections.The penalty for getting caught later,if u have provided false info will be very harsh.
