First ETT yes. laryngoscopy and intubation cause severe stress response --> endogenous catecholamine liberation ergo damaged myocardium may go into VF

Second vomiting --> if protracted --> electrolyte imbalance --> VF

vomiting --> airway obstuction --> anoxia --> VF

vomiting --> aspiration --> Mendeson's syndrome --> anoxia --> VF
