in Salgunan it is given that Pardee sign is seen in Myocardial infarction.

parsees sign is the feature of full blown MI.The features of `full blown' MI are : ( for example those seen in lead V2 )
1. prominent Q waves;
2. elevated ST segments;
3. Inverted `arrowhead' T waves.
plz. refer to goldberger ecg book 1964 edi.
( the explanation given in recent hutchinson's clinical methods is wrong.

PARDEES SIGN IS THE NAME FOR THE ST SEGMENT ELEVATION IN MI.THE ELEVATION WHICH IS FIRST CONCAVE UPWARDS THEN BECOMES CONVEX UPWARDS WHEN IT IS CALLED PARDEES SIGN ! (IT IS THE COVETED UP ST SEGMENT ELEVATION )
