well govind
i agree with u...but this rule should be followed in every state n not only in Bihar ....for example lets suppose somebody..does his schooling from state other then Bihar ....and passes his mbbs from Bihar ....now for pg...he is not allowed to sit for that state (bcoz they have this graduation state pg) and neither can he sit for Bihar (bcoz they have this domicile state pg)so this guy can sit for nowhere...
what i wanna say is any rule should be universal in its application...

dear how can schooling ur domicile ....rules of domicile must be solid ...u cant chnage by schooling ,.......all golmal lies in domicile ...many of my friend have two domicile,,,taking full advantage whatever suita them.......

rohkav12, i think Bihar std following delhi rules...only graduate frm Bihar can compete their sate pg ehther domicile or not....i think they won this case,,, if ia m not misunderstood

i also surperise even supreme court judges ...giving this decision or high cort judges giving this decision.......how can they ignore domicile std debared frm its state,,,,all judges r intelligent people y they make these funny rules

even ur parents in central service or IAS domicile should not be chnage for life time....where ever u do schooling... u have to come ur domicili state to give state premedical exam

here std may suffer becoz ,,, different state premedical have different pattern of exam just like state board or central board ........some corses r diff in state premedical entrnce problem star here frm begning

ULTIMATE SOLUTION

1CONVERT ALL STATE BOARD INTO CBSE BOARD NO DIFFRENCE IN PREMEDICAL STAE EXAM ORCBSE PMT

OR DISSOLVE ALL STATE,,,,,,,,,,LETS ALL GOVT SEATS THROW TO CENTAL ONLY ONE EXAM...ONE PAPER SAME LEVEL DECIDE FATE OF 8000 PG SEATS WITH 23 % RESEAVTION.......SAME APPLY TO PREMEDICAL EXAM ..... IT WILL RELEASE PRESSURE FROM STATE GOVETMSNT...QUALITY STD GET SEATS IN THEIR SATE OF THEIR OWN CHOICE
