hystrectomy
progesterone for three cycles
D/C
OCP for 3 cycles

dnc as there is very high chance of endometrial ca.. although polymenorrohea is not a common presentation of ca endometruim, in 45 yr old lady, its better to opt for dnc... one poing going against this is age.. at this age ca cx is common n not the ca endomet...n ca cx will not present as polymenorrohea . still the ans is dnc.. it will rule out ca endometruim also its also curative in certain no of patients
