and yeah .. all this for 2 merit lists.. and .. a counselling that never happened.. !!!!

i submitted an application for refund. i recommend everyone to do so too.
i also met the exam section registrar he said that govt has to decide about the refund. he said "govt asked us to conduct the exam, we did so with all sincerity and bore the expenses. it cost us the money to conduct both the exams. now govt has to refund your money. they will have meeting and decide."
all they did was conduct one exam with just one extra column in the omr sheet. such audacity. they wanna fool doctors for a living. i cant believe this is the same rguhs. it used to be a good university with prestigious doctors as VC.
