Hi everybody, can somebody tell me..what r the evidences we should be ready with to prove
our competency for ST1 jobs ??
I am in india currently..if in case i get shortlisted for these jobs...is it possible to ve my interview on phone rather than goin 2 uk.....AM really sorry to ask this stupid que but this thought ve been haunting me since long......

Hi Giya

Besides what has been mentioned above, you should have a portfolio containing evidence of your career and professional development eg. Courses and conferences attended; publications, audits and research; appraisals and assessments etc. Try to get evidences covering the persons specification for the job you have applied.

Hi Hank,
I stayed in uk only for 4 months and returned without doing even a single attachment....now if i get shortlisted...will this have any negative impact on my selection..

I would suggest you to download some assessment form the relevant royal college/mmc website and get them filled by your supervising consultant in India, if you are working OR try to gather some proof of your ability to perform routine procedures, history taking and so on.
As I said earlier follow the person specifications word by word.
