hi, any help here would be appreciated

one of the HSMP requirements is for an 'original' copy of one's income tax return.

could somebody help me understand what the 'income tax return' actually is?

1) the actual return submitted to the tax collection revenue service (which the original would have already been submitted so only a copy could be available???)

2) the submission assessment (summarizing the tax return submission, amounts earned during the period, reconciled figures, etc) which one gets after the submission

it makes more sense that expected document would be number 2.

is that correct?
