Dear friends …can you help me to choose my right future path.

I am a medical doctor who came to UK with a lot of hope and passed PLAB 1&2.
I have not found any job since May 2006.So I have decided to change my Career in different path. I have applied for 3 UK universities and I have been offered to do MSc program in Human genetics/Clinical Pharmacology /Immunology.

I have to choose one of those…………… what would you advice me to choose?
Which one has the good career opportunity …..Please help me
