all are feature of crohns disease except ; 1. lymphoid hyperplasia 2.skip lesion 3.transumural involvement 4.crypt abscess.please help

answer is lymphoid hyperplasia because the other three are very pathognompnic of crohn's disease. though lymphoid hyperplasia is seen it is mot very common source is schwartz textbook of surgery

crypt abscess (collections of neutrophils in crypt lumina) is not specific for CD as other than UC it is also found in any active inflammatory colitis like Campylobacter jejuni .Lymphoid aggregates scatterd in all layers is a more specific finding in CD Source Robbins
