Its very common problem but never solved out..people fighting with staff or doctors..cause varies from heavy work,poor work conditions,no rewards,political influence on work n resulting fear,lack of motivation for work beyond duties hours,also over expectation and overpowering beyond 4pm etc.etc.are many problems MOs facing in their place of work..sharing,discussing,sorting out problem here on RXPG..
