all the reserved category candidates were writing open as their choice, all reserved toppers prepared to ear mark seats, making things difficult 4 the in-between open rankers.

the earmarking system is PATHETIC AND INSENSIBLE
DR. sachin , the one who is incharge of the counsellilng process in jj hospital himself said during the orientation that
" EARMARKING IS SOMETHING THAT HAS BEEN FOLLOWED FOR THE PAST 2 DECADES AND THAT BECAUSE OF IT ..... THE EFFECTIVE RESERVATION EXCEEDS THE CONSTITUTIONAL RESERVATION BY A LONG WAY!!!!!!"
but it has been followed for so long .... and will be presisted with !!!!
the mid range open candidates in the 150-300 range suffer because of this!!!!!

besides the SCRUTINY PROCESS was indeed so long and boring ...... but i would not oppose that
as had it not been so tedious and meticulous then no discrepencies would have been caught......
YES,, some discrepencies were found in CASTE certificates of some candidates!!!!

AND yes they are really very cooperative!!
any doubts u have .......ask them!

w.r.t the number of rounds to be held,i had called dmer 2 weeks back-they said there would just be 2 rounds that will be held after which the open counselling will be held..since these are the mci guidelines that 2 rounds of counselling be held..

yeah, definitely d scrutiny job is tiring n most tiring job was waiting for generation aof the data response sheet.
i had to wait for nearly 40 minutes.
but d staff is v good.

regardin 2nd round d instructor said that all india 2nd round will b over on 16th may so probably state cet 2nd round will b after all india surrenders its quota to state.
accordin to him the date of joining may also b postponed.
but nothing is sure as d matter lies in d hands of d hon. high court.
let's see
