HI FRIENDS,
1, WHEN A CONDITION IS MEASURED BEFORE AND AFTER EXPERIMENT WE HAVE TO USE paired t test ( single sample only )
2. when 2 samples used for eg., blood pressure in pregnant and non pregnant women. blood pressure is distributed in all population. the same question bit modified for eg., hypertensives among general/pregnant women we are here facing a category for which an upper limit is defined and people can be classified when some one is above or below the limits. so in this situation we should use chi square test. reference mudit khanna volume one..
