I am Shiva, an Iranian doctor, my husband is a PR of Canada and I have to come there.
I want to work there as general practitioner or family physician. I am studing for
MCCEE now but I dont know what to do after passing the exams. Is it possible to work there
as general practitioner? I've heared that its too hard to do that as an IMG doctor.
Is it true?

Shiva,from what I know there is a residency program for general practice in Canada just like family medicine in USA.I don't think you can start working with your MD without going thru the residency
