most people use kaptest for step1.. UW is ok... they are still working on improving it.

Hi Ameer,
Regarding step 1 USMLE word is very good as a learning tool,the questions are very dificult and very similar to the exam.They say that based on the FEEDBACK from previous exam takers if your score is 55 -60% then you should be good for the exam.
The questions from kaplan are easier.
