I think the situation is a bit on the darher side time considering 50% seats to all india quota and private colleges opting out.Also all the in service seats have been added so the final cut off maybe a bit on the higher side reflecting the crunch situation this time.
The second round will be held definitely before 15th June.
Last year many people opted out in the 2nd rounf so the cut offs were comfortably placed.Am very confused about the situation this year.

Well the betterment actually occurs substiantially in the 3 or 4th round.
As per last years experience, person who had got Radiotherapy in the 1st round, ended up with Surgery in BJ in the 4th round. But his rank was in the 260s.
So I think u can never guess where exactly one may land up at the end.
But be sure that something better is in the stores for everyone, so all the Best for the further rounds...

hey snotty i agree wth u theres dfntly smethng better 4 evryone.d thing is u n'vr know wat r individual choices...so one cant predict where one will end up???????i guess we shud leave this thng 2 destiny... icon_rolleyes.gif

Yes.Everything seems to depend on the choice of other candidates which is totally unpredictable for every PGMCET.

SNOTTY LAST YR MANY ALL INDIA SEATS LAPSED. DIS YR THIS IS NOT D SCENE. SO MERIT WONT BE LIKE LAST YR SECOND OR 3RD OR 4TH RND. BUT WIL SURELY GO DOWN BY 50 RANKS.
