one of my friends who had completed ms ENT from kmc manipal had done MCh plastic surgery in trivandrum government medical college 3 years back.the current status of this option i hope has not changed.

MCh Head & Neck Surgery @ AIMS Kochi and MCh Plastic Surgery @ PGI Chandigarh is still available. For DNB Plastic no idea whether MS/DNB ENT is eligible. DNB superspeciality brochure makes no such mention.
