Quick Scroll hello Reena 05.30.07 (1 year ago) #16

Hi Dr. Reena,

What I know is positions have to be paid. I'm really not familiar with unpaid positions. But if you have decided to go, there are factors to consider. First one is what will you be doing there as an occupational trainee. Second is: will this position give you an advantage so that you can apply for paid positions in Australia in the future (is the training accredited?) ? Third is : there are positions as an occupational trainee that after completion of the training, it will be mandatory for you to go back to your country and work as a doctor in your own country using what you have learned in Australia .

Please ask also if the visa you will get will enable you to work in odd jobs or just strictly for the training itself.

I would suggest you to ask them what kind and type of training you will get and if it is accredited or will it be credited as supervised training once you passed both parts of the AMC exam.

Best regards.
