The back tire is slanting coz the guy has done a "camber mod" or "tilt wheel mod"...
done as a part of full suspension overhaul by street racers, this mod is said to improve cornering at high speeds...
but it looks like to me he has put a wee bit too much negative camber on the rear... its a good 30 degrees or so.. !!!
