Popular mail sites like GMail, Ya ho o or Hotm ail onlyt allows max 10MB files to be send via email as an attachment.

You can try the "Lycos Mail" It offers 3GB storage space & you can send files of any size through it(Usually its ~1GB max)
Please note, the person whom u are sending must also have a lycos mail account to send such big files as attachments.
-just google with the keyword "lycos mail"-

Or you can try the free softwares called "Pando" or "Gigasize" to send the big files.
-just google with their names to get them-

Another alternative is,

Use ur Google Talk to send the file.

For this both the sender & the recipient must be online at the same time & both of u must be using the latest version(which allows file transfers & voice mail)
