Finding a Anaesthesia post in Australia in very difficult because it is a very demanding field. If you are off shore it is much wiser to apply for Emergency Medicine post and after been to AUS and working there some time you can shift over to an Anaesthesia post. I do not think that you will have to worry much about finding an Anaesthesia post as you have completed AMC. Its a matter of time. PR holders and citizens will have priority of getting a Anaesthesia accredited posts. Be there apply for PR, then its easy.
