Sorry mate, you better find out any IMGs contact no in the hospital where you were offered job and speak to them.

At the end of the day just remember life won't be offered to you on a platter here in Australia . And it is a hard life initially...One who wins is the one who dares....

Glitter,I don't know about physicians with fellowships but i have heard abt psychiatrists who got fellowship at first attempt,at the sixth attempt and who never got their fellowship even after 10 attempts.
The pass rate in the last exam was 29%
It's all up to you...how you take life and what you want out of life i would say.
