yup..national health policy 2002 had set its target as 2005 for
eradication of polio..
elimination of yaws..

am not too sure of yaws..but havent come across it as being eliminated anywhere..
and as we all know polio is still not eradicated..

we usually see cases of measles in pediatric wards n who wil dare to say measles is eradicated?????n yes dracunculosis is declared as eradicated in 2000 in India
