If I pass the PALB,can I apply for medical posts in any of the UN countries such as Germany?meaning is the PLAB acceptable in Germany?
Another question what r the job prospects there in Germany even if i get the required pg exam?

PLAB is applicable for england not for germany,you have to complete an examination here so called equivalency.
