The ans is A. 15mg/dl....

The plasma conc at first is 16mg/dl.. after 6hrs (1st 1/2life) it is 8mg/dl and u give the next dose..so total is 24mg/dl..after 2nd t1/2 the conc is 12mg/dl and u give the next dose total now is 28mg/dl.. after 3rd t1/2 it is 14mg/dl..u give the next dose total is 30mg/dl.. after the 4th t 1/2 the dose will be 15mg/dl.

To make it easier to understand..

16mg/dl----> 8mg/dl+16mg/dl=24mg/dl----> 12mg/dl + 16mg/dl=28mg/dl---> 14mg/dl + 16mg/dl=30mg/dl---->15mg/dl(in 4 half lives)

So before the 5th dose it is 15mg/dl..
