Once again get your sources correct. It's like that Ad where Rahul Dravid says

"Everyone gives you advice, what matters is from whom you take it from" icon_razz.gif

So once again I'll repeat as I've done umpteen number of times on this forum and other like it -

You DO NOT require TOEFL to participate in the match program or applying for USMLE exam. TOEFL /GRE is required only if you're going via the MPH/MHA route - because these scores are required to get admission into those courses.
