d]short axial length of eye ball

small cornea (a) primary closed angle glaucoma is seen typically in a hypermetropic eyewith a shallow anterior chamber,small eyes.

type of the eye affected by PACG is:
1 small hypermetropic eye.
2 shallow anterior chamber.
3 narrow anterior chamber angle ,due to
# smaller cornea
#bigger size of the lens
# bigger size of the ciliary body.

flat cornea has no relevance here.
