work sincerely, Do as much clinical procedures like LP, Bonemarrow, Endotracheal etc as u can. See max no of patients.

And in your free time(during long night duties or on call duties), read Ashish & Mudit instead of chatting/sleeping.

I THINK THE SITUATION IS QUITE FRUSTRATING ESPECIALLY IN GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGES WHERE YOU HAVE TO WORK LIKE MACHINES FOR ONE FULL YEAR THEN DO YOUR RURAL POSTING IN SOME VERY" RURAL" AREA THEN FACE YOUR PG ENTRANCE WITH ALL YOUR ENERGY EXHAUSTED .THIS IS THE SITUATION IN SOME STATES.AT THE SAME TIME THE PRIVATE MC STUDENTS SPEND MOST OF THEIR TIME STUDYING DURING INTERNSHIP.
