hi,
why all the residents of Obs gyn faculty so rude t interns???wht i mean by all is restricted to Maharashtra state.do u know by doing that u r killing the interest of aspiring post grads. now most of them take this faculty only due to compulsion.
if ur interns are irregular about work,please explain them the urgency of the work rather than screwing them up like u all r demi-god.Dont create the bad impression of this subject oherwise it ll go down the drain...

they are rude because they are under a lot of work load.

iTS ONE OF THE HEAVIEST branches of PG. They need to vent their spleen on someone. AND THE INTERN COMES LOWEST IN THE PECKING ORDER.

you will probably do the same when after along day of hard work, your boss, your CR Sr come harder at you. Its just a way of lettiong out some steam.

Just let it go by. REMEMBER, YOU AS A INTERN WILL NEVER EVER BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG I THE WARD.THE JR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR EVEREYTHING THAT GOES WRONG IN THE WARD

well OBGY residents are rude to anyone who cannot harm them. thats from my experience in three colleges in north india. we are sweet only to those who can go and talk to our consultants.. bad . but true.
we forget to remain cheerful and compassionate. i don know if only i had a bad experience,,. i am an OBGY resident and am dying to find amiable seniors, or even fellow residents in other colleges who think they've got nice seniors.

hey! i wanna do pg in Gynae ...and even as an intern i felt that residents can be rude..but its upto us to change it.if we like our senoirs will be rude to our juniors the trend will continue...but if we keep our cool and are nice to them..they in turn will be nice to their juniors...so guys keep smilin [

dear all ! as a matter of fact , this is bitter but true.but then it is also true tht Gynae residents r the one under maximum stress.it is still not a reason to be inhuman...all i know is tht my whole batch maintained the best possible relations with interns ..all it requires is to forgive and forget becuz everyone commits mistakes and no is GOD to punish someone for tht..be polite and respect everyone..

hi myself joined as a ist year pg just now in vss med coll orissa.. def residents r under lot of stress thats y.. but all r not same.. we find all types of people everywhere.. most of my seniors r very sweet.. 1 or 2 of then really make nuisansce.. ultimately what happens they loose the love n respect from their juniors n others.. but i feel if we r interested in the subject n the proff need not to bother about the company...

yaa.orissa seniors r really sweet ppl....in our coll if a resident is very supportive chances of him/her being frm orissa is 90%....abt hectic schedule .....n stress...wht i feel is if v hve very well defined work to do...things become very easier...
