Now I would like to show you the ideal weight chart and show your position in that chart. You are at this point( calculate BMI) and your weight is critically going down. In my opinion, you are having anorexia nervosa and this is the modern disease of highly motivated young females. These females exercise a lot to keep control over their bodies, often as a mean of sublimating their inability to express conflicts at home. One thing I would like to clear that excessive weight loss can be dangerous and even may lead to death of that individual. Maintaining the ideal body weight is essential for the proper functioning of the body and mind. Mental function is necessary to perform well in society and school. Some areas of body are naturally fatty those should not be considered as overweight. There should be a balance between the fat and lean body mass. In my opinion you have to gain 2 pound per two weeks. Now I am going to do some blood work on you then we shall discus about the medication, diet chart and further plans. If you have any questions or concerns then we shall discus those also.
I would also like to meet your family and friends, if it sounds comfortable to you.
I would also involve dietician in managing your health.
