Say:- Before we start with the investigations one thing must be clear that some investigations are very simple and results come earlier but some are really time consuming and bothersome. Is that ok with you?
Secondly your partner, you have to bring your male partner also. I have to ask him some questions and I have to examine him. The investigations start with the male partner, we will check his semen, if any abnormality is there we will recheck it again. Before I order the blood work and other investigations I would like to examine you I shall be doing the Physical examination, per vaginal examination, per speculum examination. I am washimg my hands, kindly put on this gown while I come back.
Investigations are going to be LH/FSH, Progesterone, estrogen, prolactin, testosterone, DHEAS, USG, Swab(C+V), and HSG, Post coital test, Laparoscopy.

Kindly suggest better words to finish the case.
