Quick Scroll Help: Firefox does not remember tabs! 08.16.07 (11 months ago) #1

I regularly use multiple tab feature of firefox and keep tabs open while exiting the browser and always same tabs reopen when i restart firefox.
But from yesterday it has stopped remembering the tabs!
And also it does not save cache data after i exit firefox.
I checked a settings.

In Tools > options > Main Selected Start from last time.

In tools > options > privacy unchecked the box to clear data everytime i exit
checked the box to ask me b4 clearing data,
unchecked all boxes from delete private data like cache, sessions, passwords, cookies etc

I have upgraded to latest version after i got problem.

What should i do now?

Should i re-install or is there a better way?

What all things i need to backup if i reinstall and in such a way that my problem does not recurr if i restore backup?

I dont think there is a need of re install.

Did you install any new add ons recently?

I think the solution will be,(it takes some time, but will prevent a reinstall)
Go to firefox safe mode
Disable all extensions & ur active theme.
Install MRtech local install( to easily restart firefox, it will give firefox lot of cool options including a restart button in "file")
Open a few tabs
Enable extensions one by one and restart every time.
If its an add on thats causing the problem, then you will definitely be able to pinpoint it by this method.
