Though it has been long time since I passed My CS( Almost year )

Few points might help all

DO's

1) Spoken english the most important for any IMG that would be tested in Exam So strictly start speaking in English exclusively few days before exam

2) Role play Must for preprtaion and best done with your friend already in US

3) Make list of things to be done on all patients ,these are obvious but you will definately forget about them
eg washing hands before examination , Greeting the patient , advice for smoking if smoker , sexual h/o

4) once on the centre during oreintation help yourself to see /familiarise with all the appratus you will find in stations like opthalmoscope, otoscoppe, examination table extension and foot support etc etc .

5) In physicall examination Important is you act out the manuveur smartly although it migh be technically wrong so can done quite quicky for example just touching stetho on 6 different places on front and back of chest concludes it rather really waiting to hear something there

6) remember the basic h/o styles like pasing water for urine
7) practice smiling and apearing confident even when you lttle about the station
