many of my residents have a concept that, its the hierachy that junior doc like intern say, should do the most useless jobs and keep looking at the seniors one step ahead and learn by jus observing.. and that we don't have the rights to learn or decide something in view of treatment for the patient.. and they try to justify that.. who said we don't have rights to learn or do a procedure.. if given an chance we can surely do.. thats my view.. any comments please

yaa..thts really true..they show they r so busy..i give work like woh patient ka file leke aa...go bring this for me..all stupid stuff..which r really not tht worth...if they dont need interns really...y do they want t easte both time n manpower..v lose our dignity not only as a doctor evn as a person...there has t b some way for tht..
