Also read relevant points from Final Year subjects as and when you see a case

For example, when you assist a thyroid case, try reading all MCQs from Thyroid as well as read thyroid from path and phaRMAC

internships the period where u get a lot of exposure to the kinda pts u havent seen in ug life ... during the initial period i was lucky to get posting in medicine (my favourite) and learnt a lot of diff kinda presentations of diseases .... brush up the symptomatology portion of harrison (even if u havent read it before jst rapidly go thru) for the symptoms u faced in the opd that day.... will be such a satisfying experience in opds if u know wt ur dealing with n how to extract the relevant histories from the pt for that sympton....

u can start ur pg prep along with that .... i started it about 1-2 month into my internship n havent stopped accelerating since....

Dr. Brunos advice is so true... u will always have to brush up ur clinical knowledge esp if u find an interesting case ... follow up that pt... hows he investigated n treated ... this also helps u in the rounds as u will also be able to contribute if ur asked any queries... or atleast u wont be wondering when the rounds gonna get completed
