i would go with epinephrine for 1 q n dipivefrine for 2 q as opth kuhrana mentions that prostaglandins raise iop in hypertensive uveitis

Agree.
hypertensive uvietis needs dilatation of pupil first and foremost.
so any dilating medication should be the drug of choice.so should be adrenaline.

i had also gone with latanoprost etc as answer thanks to mudit khanna! but u dont know that was right answer or not.it doesnt make that a right answer only by virtue of being given in mudit khanna.

Latanoprost is prostaglandin drug and therefore contraindicated in inflammatory states like uveitis. agree with timolol as answer if that is an option, otherwise sympathomimetics should be marked. why sympathomimetics should cause hyperemia?

It is no doubt the best option available.
