aeman, Simplistically, you can do an observational study regarding incidences of various gastro intestinal diseases of the local population. which age groups are affected, their socio demographic profile, life style, risk factors...bla bla...all these info might be available as u probably maintained detailed history of the patients. If biopsies were performed, then u can be more sure about icidences of the diseases related to various socio-demographic, ecenomic, personal variables.

u cud study the result of these scopies with some infectious diseases like H.pylori infection and gastroduodenal ulcers.this cud be done be studying the results of rapid urease tests or staining methods of biospy specimens.these cud be corelated with the patients symptomatology. This is quite a hot topic.

similarly colonoscopy findings cud related to sypmtoms and scanned for polyps, ulcers or pseudomembranous colitis.

all the best!
