Belgium is a highly developed West European country housing the HQ of the EU, with an advanced higher education system including medical.....BUT the problem is most of those (including medical education) are taught in Dutch and French (In Brussels and southern parts)...so somebody wishing to study medicine in Belgium needs to learn Dutch/French beforehand.....and as long as my observation goes, chances for foreigners to work in cream jobs e.g. medical doctor, university teacher, IT specialist..bla bla are very very slim unless somebody becomes a citizen...actually some small and rich west european countries are bit more conservative to foreigners (as long as cream jos are concerned)unlike countries like US & UK

If u learn the Dutch/French well, then it should not be much problem.......should not be a problem of getting the jobs/PG as well, when u would be the citizen......opportunity for the non citizen foreigners r less, I have seen that, the same belgian professor working in 3/4 universities and the eligible foreigners not getting the opportunity...
