hi i m krishna doing house surgeon in Andhra pradesh .
i m interested in nueromedicine . i want it to do in NIMHANS . i want to know how much % of questions come frm only nuerology ? Does pyschiatry n nuerology pg exam have same question paper or do they have diff papers ? I will be most thankful if u let me know wht other colleges r offering both MD n MCh for a common pg exam .

appeared for NIMHANS 2007.paper is not that tough but tricky.time is a limitation and negative marks make alot of difference.only 3 seats and they dont even give the results of who qualified or not.cant be sure that its all fair.CMC Vellore , AIIMS ,nims have 5 year neurosurgey.only NIMHANS has 5yrs DM

from what i know, the neurology part counts but there is rest of subjects also.
Psychiatry too is important constituent.
there was some deal about interview, dont know whether it still exists. heard its cancelled but not sure.
it was there till 2003 as i know
