Dear friendz,

In the notification for Asst. Surgeons, Kerala health services, it is said that the candidates who join are required to serve for 4 years out of the first ten in India or any other foreign country in services related to defence (Compulsory Military service). Could anyone who has written the PSC exams earlier kindly throw more light on this?
