Streptococcus pneumoniae,
Hemophilus influenzae,
Streptococcus pyogenes

are the most common pathogens for AOM in kids and adults.reference pg 185 CMDT 2006

hey u are forgetting Moraxella, agreed its not the most comon , perhaps its third most common

Yes most common is S. pneumonia
