1. FEBRILE CONVULSIONS -3yr old child ..talk to mother and ans her quest's
2.FOREIGN BODY INGESTION - talk to mother take a h/o and discuss further management with her.
3.patient with URINARY PROBLEMS. take a hist, suggests tests to be done to him and discuss d/d with examiner(givin h/o freq and intermitent streamin-most probably BPH.
4.h/o and counsellin of patient with gastric erosion for ALCOHOL CESSATION.( chr alcoholic ..stn said take h/o relevent to alcohol only)
5.PAIN RUQ for 4 days..with fever...take h/o and discuss with examiner.( pain goin to back as well...no positive h/o except pain..i jus mentiond d/d)
6. DIABETIC RETINOPATHY...-diagnosis, further m'ment discussion with patient.
7.HIP JOINT EXAMINATION
8.PULMONARY TB ..counsell patient for further treatment..patient smear positive.
9.CHEST PAIN ..H/O...reach a diagnosis(supp to be told to examiner)
10.patient in terminal stages of cancer..on MORPHINE oral for 4 days..talk to her bout morphine..way it s working on her ..and also further management..(PCA, side eff n her concerns of addiction)
11. 8th CRANIAL NERVE EXAMINATION.
12. SUTURING...anaesth given, wound not clean..any nerve or vessel damage ruled out..clean n give 2 well placed sutures.
13.MRSA COUNSELLING..LSCS wound infection..counsel her for further m'ment n address her concerns
14. BIMANUAL EXAMINATION..uve taken consent..spoken to patient..so just examination..
15.THYROID EXAMINATION ..
16. VENEPUNCTURE
