Q. Epithelium of bladder trigone is derived from

a) mesoderm of UGS
b) ectoderm of UGS
c) ectoderm of hindgut
d) mesoderm of paramesonephric duct
e) ectoderm external 2 urogenital memb

Answer is mesoderm of paramesonephric duct. PMN gives ureteric bud which gets absorbed into the urogenital sinus to form a triangular part of the urinary bladder- the trigone.
Urogenital sinus is the anterior part of distal hind gut and is endodermal as gut. Urogenital sinus forms most of the urinary bladder and urethra.

Hey, the trigone develops from the MESODERM i.e. the absorbed part of the MESONEPHRIC DUCT(not paramesonephric bud)! It is formed by the part of the mesonephric duct caudal to the origin of the ureteric bud.
