I think the answer to both qustion is mixed germ cell tumor as Sabiston book exactly state that the most common type of germ cell tumor is mixed germ cell type icon_eek.gif

Take a look at page 2140-41 of oxfor text book of surgery,
You can see : "90-95% of tumors are germ cell. the usual clasification of tumor is based on patterns of semonoma and nonseminoma. Most, however, contain multiple histologic element and are designate as mixed germ cell tumor"
