Hi
i really need some advice on this situation cos whoever i speak to gives me a different answer making me even more confused.I am married to a british national and i got my visa to come here in july 2006 which expires in 2008 cos initially they give visa for 2 yrs and then change it to indefinite period.i am applying for next year foundation program and eligibility office says that u have to provide evidence that u can work in december and july as well for two years.Rang home office they say we can only extend it if it runs out so or if there is difference of time between u getting a visa and coming here then we can extend from ur time of entry to two yrs but its useless cos i came here for the first time in july.Dnt knoe what to do.can anybody please help me?
