Hi everybody!!! Will be grateful for an advice!!!I'm ukrainian, my husband is UK citizen, we have applied for the spousal visa, 2 months late, after the fiancee visa had expired. During the time when fiancee visa was valid we got married in the UK. Now I have to go back to Ukraine to apply for the spousal visa from over there!!!!! So now being a legal wife I'm treated like a criminal The only thing left is to get my documents back from the Enforcement Office ( I cannot go to Ukraine without the passport) Everything is very worrying... We have already made the appointment at the embassy. THE QUESTION IS: WILL I GET THE VISA ???( the cost of it increased to 1000£ since it was refused in UK) !!!!!!DOES ANYBODY KNOW HOW TO ACT AND WHAT TO SAY TO THE IMMIGRATION OFFICER??? HOW WILL I BE TREATED ??? WILL THEY BE VERY CINICAL WITH ME??? I remember speaking with them when I was applying for the fiancee visa, and the offficer was not polite, so what to expect now???
