banana sign is seen in spina bifida.
"Certain fetal cranial abnormalities
found on second-trimester sonograms
can be signs of an open spina
bifida. In particular, an abnormal
configuration of the cerebellum,
known as the banana sign, has been
associated with neural tube defects."

this is from a website.

yup that is right. both banana sign & lemon sign on
USG are indicative of neural tube defects.
by the way where on the earth did u find that Q?
it is quite beyond the scope of any entrance exams.not that the Q setters are bothered about it.
