well i donno if u r already a sudent in belarus or u r skin to pursue ur studies here. well here r 4 medical colleges,vitebsk,minsk,gomel,grodna.the best one to seek admissions are vitebsk an minsk(only in russian).but threr are no college which gives all 6 yrs of studies in english /some gives it up to 2nd or max. 3rd year.after complketin ur mbbs u ve to give exam in india an directly u cant work here just after completion of ur degree.

yes there are orthopaedics pg in vitebsk as there are 2 indians doing whom i know and i think its not bad as comapre to others .
